ENMarking a significant new step in the journey to create a high-standard hotel project in the central area of Ninh Binh province, the investor, Vinh Phat Investment and Construction Co., Ltd., and NewSun Hospitality officially signed the framework agreement for the consulting services for the development of Dinh Xa Plaza. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Board of Directors of Vinh Phat Investment and Construction Co., Ltd. – the investor, and representatives of NewSun Hospitality – the strategic consulting firm. The event not only demonstrated the commitment to sustainable cooperation between the two parties but also affirmed a methodical, long-term investment orientation for high-quality accommodation in the locality.
Under the terms of the cooperation, NewSun Hospitality will partner with the investor to implement a series of critical pre-opening activities, structured into a three-phase roadmap, to prepare the project for a systematic and effective market entry.
- Phase 1: Market research; Business model proposal & Brand positioning strategy development to establish the project's identity and competitive advantage;
- Phase 2: Product portfolio development based on the business model, forming the foundation for design concepts and functional optimisation;
- Phase 3: Advisory for set-up and operational guidance, ensuring the project is ready for efficient and integrated operation.
During the event, NewSun Hospitality's representative, Brand Strategy and Marketing expert Hoang Mai Anh, provided an overview of the core brand concept and revealed a list of potential proposed names for the project.
Additionally, NewSun Hospitality offered a visual insight into the product portfolio planning and functional zone allocation, clearly outlining a modern and intelligent accommodation complex. It is understood that, based on Ninh Binh province's new planning and development orientation, Dinh Xa Plaza has been researched and positioned as a 4-star standard mixed-use hotel model, located in Liem Tuyen ward, Ninh Binh province – an area experiencing rapid urbanisation and economic development. With its convenient connectivity to industrial parks, administrative centres, central medical clusters, and key cultural-tourism destinations of the province, the project is expected to meet the increasing demand for accommodation from business travellers, experts, as well as domestic and international tourists. Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thai San – Chairman and Director of Vinh Phat Investment and Construction Co., Ltd. – clearly affirmed the spirit of goodwill cooperation, ready to accompany NewSun Hospitality throughout the project implementation. The signing ceremony for the Framework Agreement for the 4-star Dinh Xa Plaza Hotel project has initiated an intensive implementation phase with close coordination among all parties.
