Dolphin Halong Cruise B2B Booking Portal

This system was developed to digitise the distribution process for Dolphin Halong Cruise products via our network of travel agents and collaborators, enabling partners to independently check information and make online bookings.

NewSun designed and developed a B2B Booking Portal with functions for checking prices and availability, making bookings, receiving confirmations, updating guest information, and tracking transactions. The system also automates the sending of codes/vouchers, confirmation emails, and booking-related notifications.

The booking process is streamlined and automated, significantly reducing manual processing for the operations team.

The system also supports the management of allotments, inventory, and sales volume by individual travel agent, helping to control capacity and enhance distribution efficiency.
