On 4 April 2026, at the office of Vinh Phat Construction Investment Co., Ltd. (Ninh Binh New), representatives of the Investor and NewSun Hospitality signed a framework agreement for the development consulting of Dinh Xa Plaza. This marks a significant new step in the journey to create a high-standard hotel project in the central area of Ninh Binh New. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Board of Directors of Vinh Phat Construction Investment Co., Ltd. – the Investor, and representatives of NewSun Hospitality – the strategic consulting firm. The event not only demonstrated the sustainable cooperation commitment between the two parties but also affirmed a methodical, long-term investment orientation for high-quality accommodation in the local area. Under the terms of the cooperation, NewSun Hospitality will accompany the Investor in implementing a series of key pre-opening items, structured into a three-phase roadmap, to prepare the project for a methodical and effective market entry.
