At NewSun Hospitality, we believe a strong brand is built not only on what customers see, but also on the stories that inspire them to explore, experience, and return.

We are looking for a Junior Content specialist – a young individual who loves words, is curious about the hospitality world, and always wants to transform seemingly ordinary ideas into compelling content.

If you enjoy writing, observing, and learning about hotels, resorts, tourism, and customer experience, and especially if you want to create content in an environment where every project has a story to tell, then we might be looking for you.

What you will do

Develop content for the Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms according to the Marketing plan. Write SEO articles, social content, PR articles, brand content, and other communication materials.
Research topics, markets, customers, and trends to develop content ideas. Participate in building Content Plans, Campaign Concepts, and Storytelling for projects.
Collaborate with Design, Digital Marketing, and other relevant departments to implement content. Support content production for events, workshops, hotel and resort projects, and company activities.

What we are looking for

College/University degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Languages, or related fields.
1-2 years of experience in Content/Copywriting/Social Media/Marketing; experience in Hospitality, Tourism, F&B, or Lifestyle is a plus.
Excellent Vietnamese writing skills, with clear, logical expression and a storytelling mindset.
Ability to research information and develop content from a brief.
