On September 18th, a kick-off ceremony for the Noong Luong Retreat strategic consulting project was held at the Green i-Park Group office (88 Lang Ha). The event was attended by representatives from Hoa Binh International Agricultural Development Joint Stock Company, the investor, and NewSun Hospitality, the management and operations unit. The ceremony was a success, with the investor approving the preliminary research results presented by the NewSun Hospitality expert team, laying the groundwork for a new resort model in the Northwest region.

Noong Luong Retreat – A New Icon of Sustainable Ecotourism in the Northwest

Located in Noong Luong (Phu Tho) – a region blessed with pristine natural landscapes, a cool climate, and rich indigenous culture. Noong Luong Retreat boasts rare natural resources with diverse natural scenery and cool weather. Sam Tang Lake, with its 4-hectare surface and an elevation of over 1,100m above sea level, is considered an eco-tourism highlight of the area. The project commenced on May 8, 2025, with the expectation of creating a breakthrough in green and sustainable economic development in the Northwest region. The project is planned with two main components: a high-tech agricultural zone covering over 50% of the total area, expected to supply approximately 1,350 tons of clean vegetables and fruits, 3 million seedlings, and 800 tons of medicinal herbs annually; alongside a resort tourism area spanning over 50 hectares, including a 5-star hotel, a complex of resort villas, a restaurant-conference area, a sports-entertainment zone, and many other high-end amenities.
